Throughout his corporate career, Harper has been responsible for proposing, planning, developing, delivering and supporting enterprise-wide technologies with multimillion-dollar budgets. Currently, Harper is the chief executive officer at DPLOYIT Executive Search. Under Harper's leadership, in 2008 and again in 2014, DPLOYIT was recognized by Inc. Aside from his corporate work, Ralph Harper has found his life's purpose in forming strategies to eradicate the generational plight of the young, underserved children in the United States by the 2060s.
